High West Energy is committed to its members, customers and communities. Members, customers, communities, employees and partners hold an expectation that the cooperative will set and achieve objectives related specifically to this aspect of doing business. Nonprofit 501 (c)(3) organizations may apply or for one-time donations or sponsorship through High West Energy. The form at the bottom of the page can be filled out for consideration. Please allow a minimum of three weeks for review and processing of the application.

Donations are cash and/or in-kind contributions made to community groups. In-kind donations are donations that do not involve a direct cash contribution but instead might include providing door prizes, auction items or promotional items. In general, the maximum donation will be $1,000 per organization per year. Applicants may be required to submit copies of receipts or invoices related to the use of funds.
Sponsorships are cash and/or in-kind fees paid to an organization to support an event, program, cause or property in return for increased awareness, brand building and propensity to purchase. High West Energy sponsors events and activities in and around the cooperative's market area, especially those that relate to youth, small business, agriculture and military. The event/activity should make a significant contribution to the well-being and vitality of community life in the cooperative's service area. The maximum sponsorship contribution is $1,000 per organization per year.
Economic development is paramount to the communities served by High West Energy. As such, the cooperative may support private or joint public and private investments involving the creation of economic opportunities for members or the retention of existing sources of income that would otherwise be lost. Financial support is granted on a case-by-case basis and the level of support may vary.
